Terms and Conditions

• Entry is open to individuals aged 18yrs or over who subscribe or are current subscribers to the GWONZ e-newsletter during the promotional period.
• The prize is a GWONZ travel voucher valued at $3,000 NZD. The voucher must be used on one tour only departing between 1 September 2026 and 30 April 2027. The prize does not include flights. The voucher may be used by one person only. Any remaining value cannot be redeemed for cash or used toward another tour.
• Entries close at midnight AEST on 17 March 2026. The winner will be announced on 25 March 2026 via the GWONZ e newsletter, website and social channels.
• By subscribing to the e newsletter, entrants are automatically entered and agree to these Terms and Conditions. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these Conditions of Entry.
• Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families and associated agencies are ineligible.
• The Promoter may verify entries and entrants at any time and may disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or tampers with the entry process.
• The promotion commences on 15 December 2025 and closes at 12.00pm AEST on 17 March 2026. The draw will take place at World Expeditions Travel Group, Level 2, 55 York Street Sydney NSW 2000 on 3 March 2026 at 11.00am AEST.
• The winner will be notified by email and announced in the March GWONZ e-newsletter and on GWONZ social channels.
• Travel must occur on a departure between 1 September 2026 and 30 April 2027 and is subject to availability. The prize cannot be changed once the booking is confirmed.
• Prize redemption must be completed directly with GWONZ. A booking form must be completed and signed.
• The voucher applies to the tour cost only and excludes airfares, taxes, visas, travel insurance, accommodation before or after the tour, transfers and any other costs not listed in the trip notes or these Terms and Conditions.
• The winner is responsible for all personal expenses including spending money, insurance, transport to and from the tour meeting point, meals unless specified, drinks and personal equipment.
• The winner must provide one written blog article and a minimum of five images for use across GWONZ digital and social channels.
• The prize is not transferable, not redeemable for cash and cannot be used with any other offer or discount. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value.
• The Promoter is not responsible for late, lost or misdirected entries.
