Our sustainable tourism practices reflect these achievements based on the health and safety, the environment, social/people and economic criteria Qualmark has listed. One way we achieve this is through our 100% carbon offset initiative.

Our walking tours support renewable energy and reforestation projects. We take into account any emissions from your accommodation/transfers and have purchased credits in renewable projects to reduce our carbon footprint in New Zealand.

 

Environmental Initiatives

Our aim to support local communities goes beyond our small group tours and 100% Carbon Offset initiative. Our goal to minimise the impact on the environment can be seen through our project initiatives. For all community projects, we donate a percentage of revenue from trips to the local conservation projects to ensure our travellers' carbon footprint is as minimal as possible.
